I have always been better at caring for and looking after others than I have been at caring for myself. 

Every day I wake up and ask myself, ‘How can I accept myself looking at other people wearing makeup on their faces they look beautiful.

But when I look at myself I feel I look ugly with the little rash on my face

I’m not perfect, but I’m pretty good.”
